英文摘要 | The significance of philosophy of education to educators is shown in three ways, that is, the necessity to have ontological, axilogical and methodological recognitions of educational problems. There are four ways for educators to improve their philosophical quality:reading some books on philosophy or philosophy of education, rethinking in practice, carrying out initial teacher education and school─based training, and leading of educational specialists.a |
