金海观的理念是乡村学校应该成为改造乡村生活的中心，实现旨在纠正教育脱离乡村实际的教育革命。他采取适应乡村现实的做法，主张并且实行乡村工作者[农民化]、乡村工作乡村化简易化，在中国乡村现代化的百年征程中留下了脚印。

The ideas of JIN Hai-guan were that the country school should be the center of country life， so as to realize the education revolution whose tenet was to correct the abuse of education break away from the country realities.
