英文摘要 | The teacher's professional development orientation has gone through three different developmental types from rational, practical-reflective, to ecological. Through learning from organization culture including its formation, maintenance and innovation, a school organization may consciously take an active part in constructing a sort of school culture about the teacher professional development so as to further promote its teachers' professional development. |
