英文摘要 | Based on teacher’s professional development, this article expounds the concept of teaching autonomy and analyzes its conditions to put into practice. As operators of teaching, teachers should possess the equal rights of teaching autonomy. Therefore, the society should develop loose surroundings for teachers. Teachers should build up the consciousness of teaching autonomy, improve the ability of the teaching autonomy, and form the habit of teaching autonomy in their teaching practice. |
