論教師專業自主權的個體實現

The Accomplishment of Teacher’s Teaching Autonomy

本文以教師專業化發展為基點，闡述了教師的教育行為自主的含義，並進一步分析了教師教育行為自主的條件。教師作為專業工作者，應當擁有教育行為自主權。教師專業自主權的個體實現，需要整個社會為其營造較為寬鬆的教育環境，教師也應樹立教育行為自主意識，增強教育行為自主能力，在積極餐與教育教學改革的實踐中逐步形成自主習慣。

Based on teacher’s professional development， this article expounds the concept of teaching autonomy and analyzes its conditions to put into practice. As operators of teaching， teachers should possess the equal rights of teaching autonomy. Therefore， the society should develop loose surroundings for teachers. Teachers should build up the consciousness of teaching autonomy， improve the ability of the teaching autonomy， and form the habit of teaching autonomy in their teaching practice.
