Supervising university teachers is a complicated systemic project. In the era of the globalization， universities and colleges should manage to explore new ways to supervise teachers: innovating supervising ideas and carrying out objective management; insisting on human-based idea and strengthening self-administrating; paying special attention to the art of supervising and inviting teachers to take part in the supervising activities; developing human resources and insisting on dynamic supervision; making good use of performance evaluation system and laying emphasis on psychological supervision.
