中文摘要 | 特級教師是我國為表彰特別優秀的中小幼教師而特設的一種兼有先進性和專業性的教師稱號。在回顧特技教師制度的建立、發展脈絡及趨勢的基礎上,提出了制度中值得探討的問題,指出了制度具體操作中的不足。通過對特級教師研究文獻的回顧,提出了特級教師研究中存在的主要問題是:理論界對特級教師研究關注不夠;研究內容過於單一,主要涉及到特級教師的經驗。 |
英文摘要 | Superfine Teacher is a kind of title specially designed to honor extremely excellent teachers of elementary and middle school in China. This title has both advanced and professional meaning at the same time. On the basis of reviewing the establishment, development process and trends of Superfine Teacher system in China, the authors bring forward problems in the system which deserved to probe into. They also indicate the shortages during the operation of this system. By reviewing research literatures of Superfine Teacher, they suggest that the main problems in the research of Superfine Teacher are as such: theorist pay insufficient attention to the research; the content of research is excessively single which mostly involves in experience of Superfine Teacher. |
