對我國建立教師教育認可制度的思考

A Reflection on the Establishment of the Teacher Education Accreditation System in China

本文關注在我國建立教育認可制度的過程中不得不面對的兩個問題：一是體制基礎的不對稱，一是與原有制度的銜接。強調要著手推動教師教育的走向開放，以專業性認可補充行政性認可的不足，同時與概有教師教育制度形成穩定的制定結構。

This paper focuses on two issues about reforms on the teacher education accreditation system in China in recent years. The first is about asymmetry of the system’s institutional foundations in China and Western countries， and the second about the connection of a new system with original systems. It is stressed here that we should set to make the teacher education system open and fit to China’s educational situation， supplementing administrative accreditation with professional accreditation and forming a stable systematic structure to gather with existing teacher education systems.
