英文摘要 | In order to promote employment and economic developments and to raise our national competitive capabilities, the early twenty-first century Chinese occupational education policy should pay more attention to adaptation and service of occupational education to society in its value selection, laying equal stress on occupational training and occupational education at school, actively seeking a modest balance between governmental intervention and market involvement, and setting up a new occupational educational system conforming to market changes and giving priority to occupational education in rural and West areas. |
