論西部教師教育培養體制的現實超越

Consideration on Teacher Preparation System in the west of China

西部區域教育發展的特點決定了當前必須創新教師教育培養體系，作者認為應該創新西部教師教育的主體參與模式，建立起以師範院校為主體、多類學校參與的立體型教師教育網絡；應該創新西部教師教育的培養類型，當前主要是以區域內部市場和更廣闊的外部市場為導向加速培養職業技術師資；應該創新西部教師培養過程特別是要充分重視信息技術在教師教育過程中的作用，充分挖掘校本培訓模式的潛在優勢。

The characteristics of the educational development in the west of China determine that it is quite necessary to innovate in teacher preparation system at present. In this essay， it is thought that we should innovate in the individual participating mode of teacher education in the west of China， that we should establish the three-dimensional network of teacher education， in which the normal universities participate as its main part， while various kinds of universities are included in it as well. It is thought that we should innovate in the preparation genre of the teacher education in the west of China. At present， guided by the regional market in and wider market abroad， we have been proceeding to train vocational and technical persons qualified to teach. Also， we should innovate in teacher preparation process in the west of China， especially to attach sufficient importance to the role of Information Technology in this process， and to excavate the potential advantage of school-based training model.
