英文摘要 | The characteristics of the educational development in the west of China determine that it is quite necessary to innovate in teacher preparation system at present. In this essay, it is thought that we should innovate in the individual participating mode of teacher education in the west of China, that we should establish the three-dimensional network of teacher education, in which the normal universities participate as its main part, while various kinds of universities are included in it as well. It is thought that we should innovate in the preparation genre of the teacher education in the west of China. At present, guided by the regional market in and wider market abroad, we have been proceeding to train vocational and technical persons qualified to teach. Also, we should innovate in teacher preparation process in the west of China, especially to attach sufficient importance to the role of Information Technology in this process, and to excavate the potential advantage of school-based training model. |
