中文摘要 | 隨著社會變遷和特殊教育的發展,我國的特殊教育師資培養在觀念、體系、目標、課程設置等方面出現了一些與時代發展不同步的地方,並由此產生了一些有爭議的問題。本文在簡單回顧我國特殊教育師資培養發展歷史的基礎上,對目前關於特殊教育師資培養體系、培養模式、培養層次上的乾個爭議問題做出分析。作者認為,目前我國特殊教育師資培養應逐漸傾向於在普通師範院校和綜合性大學中進行,培養模式應以不分類為主,培養層次也應由過去的中師提高到大學本科水平即本科以上水平。 |
英文摘要 | With the transition of society and the development of special education, teacher preparation in special education is facing some difficulties and challenges in out country. Some disputable problems appear in terms of conception, system, goal, curriculum arrangement, and so on. On the basis of briefly reviewing the developmental history of teacher preparation in special education in our country, this paper examines three main disputable problems on system, pattern and level. The author’s viewpoints have been developed as : general normal academies and comprehensive universities should gradually take the responsibility of teacher preparation in special education; patterns of teacher preparation should not be classified; and teacher preparation should be upgraded to undergraduate and post-undergraduate level. |
