英文摘要 | As an important inherent motive mechanism in teacher’s self-development, teacher’s perceived self-efficacy refers to teacher’s judgment, belief and feelings of his or her own educational influence and abilities. It has great influence on teacher’s health of body and mind, professional commitment, working motivation and educational behaviors. In this paper, we make a deep analysis of the important roles and values of teacher’s perceived self-efficacy in teacher’s self-development. |
