論綜合課程教師教學技能與素養的建構─以科學課程教師為例

The Construction of Teaching Competency and Skills for Integrated Curriculum Teachers─A case study on science teachers

師資問題是關係到課程改革成敗的關鍵。當前，初中綜合課程已經在全國各試驗區開設，但隨著課程改革的進行，師資問題尤其是教師的教學技能與素養已經成為制約綜合課程改革的”瓶頸”性因素。綜合課程教師的教學技能由一般教學技能和特殊教學技能共同組成，它的提高需要教師在長期的教學實踐中不斷發展。

Currently， a lot of experimental schools in different areas of China began to offer the integrated curriculum. The quality of teachers， however， especially teaching competency and skill turns out to be the crucial factor for the success of the curriculum reform. The general technical skills and special technical skills are what constitute the main contents of teaching competency and skills for integrated curriculum teachers. Teaching competency and skills are developed in the practice.
