中文摘要 | 作為一種新的教師教育模式,美國專業發展學校在其發展過程中取得了多方面的成效;如改善了教師的職前教育、促進了在職教師的專業發展、促進了合作研究、改善了中小學學生的學習情況等,從而推動了美國教師教育的發展。但是,美國專業發展學校在其發展過程中也面臨一定的問題,如傳統觀念和既往經歷的阻礙、資源問題、組織機構問題以及關係問題等。本文只在分析其成效及問題,以對我國正在興起的教師發展學校提供一些參考和啟示。 |
英文摘要 | As a new kind of teacher education mode, Professional Development Schools in the US have achieved much success as following: pre-service teacher education has been improved, in-service teacher professional development has been advanced, collaborative inquiry has been facilitated, students’ learning has been improved. Thus, America’s teacher education has been advanced. However, PDSs are also facing some problems, such as influences of traditional attitudes and prior experiences, resource problems, structure problems and relationship problems. Our country’s Teacher Development Schools can learn something from the US experience. |
