中文摘要 | 北京師範大學在實現轉型的過程中,從我國社會經濟和教育發展的需要以及國際教師教育發展的基本趨勢出發,就我國教師教育改革面臨的一些重要問題進行了創新性研究,形成了較為完整的理論體系;積極推進教師教育模式多元化改革,其中以4+2為核心的教師培養模式改革,主動適應我國基礎教育發展對高層次教師的迫切需求,在培養方式、課程設置、實踐環節、指導方式、論文寫作等方面進行了富有創意的探索,為我國基礎教育高素質教師的培養探索出了新的路子。與此同時,還通過整合學校現有的各種資源,初步建立起了職前/職後、培養/培訓一體化的教師的教師終身教育體系,拓展和強化了教師教育的傳統和特色。 |
英文摘要 | During the process of transition, Beijing Normal University studies the key issues of teacher education in Chinese social, economic and educational context. A new “4+2” model of teacher education is developed. The new model makes an attempt on changing the teacher preparation, including curriculum, practice, and instruction. The new model adapts to the needs for highly qualified teachers of basic education, and it is a new approach to prepare qualified and competent teachers. Meanwhile Beijing Normal University sets up a system of teacher professional development with a integration of resource of pre-service preparation and in-service training. |
