中文摘要 | “十五”以來,浙江省中小學校長培訓工作存在諸多問題:校長培訓工作重要性和主動性認識不足,培訓內容的針對性和實效性還有待提高,培訓模式和方法需要進一步創新,培訓師資隊伍建設極待加強等。為此,“十一五”期間,中小學校長培訓應構建開放靈活的培訓體系,增強培訓機構的培訓能力,健全培訓制度,提高培訓質量,實現區域培訓的均衡發展。 |
英文摘要 | There have been some problems of the principal training in Zhejiang Province since 2001. In some counties there is an insufficient understanding of the importance of principal training. The effect of training needs to improve. The training pattern and model need to be innovated further. And the reconstruction of the training team needs to be strengthened. Accordingly, the principal training in Zhejiang should set up an open, flexible training system, reinforce abilities of training organizations, complete training institutions, improve training quality and realize a balanced development of regional training. |
