“為人師表”的合理範疇論析

Commentary on “Teacher Is the Model for Others”

為人師表是教師職業道德的基本要求。教師為人師表，應該有具體的時空範疇和行為苑疇，而不應當把它泛化到教師的所有行為和一切時空環境。這既是對作為教師的人的尊重，也是教師專業化建設中不可忽視的“技術”問題。

“Teacher is the model for others” is the basic requirement of teacher professional ethics， and it should have the spatio-temporal category and behavior category. However， it shouldn’t apply to the teacher’s all behaviors and whole time， it is also a technical problem that should not to be neglected in teacher professional development.
