教育学的出路：目标人性化还是过程理性化

The Development Trend for Pedagogy：Humane goals for Rational Process？

教育学的独立，来自于社会对人性化教育目标的首肯；教育学的建构，是人类利用教育理性的过程，而教育学则是这个过程的成果。在教育学的发展旅程中，总是在人性化教育目标的独大或者理性化教育学的独断中徘徊；教育学的未来，不可能完全寄希望于对绝对教育理性的依赖，也不可能对人性化教育目标的顺从，而是来自于两者的对话，并在对话中为彼此设定共同的”最近发展区”。

The independence of pedagogy comes from the approval for humane educational goals from the society. The construction of pedagogy is the course in which human beings make use of the rationality of education， and pedagogy is the outcome of this course. The development of pedagogy always wanders in the habitual priority of humane education goals or in the arbitrary of rational pedagogy. The future of pedagogy can neither completely depend on the rational education nor on the compliance to the humane education goals. Instead， it comes from the dialogue between each other and in the dialogue they set the common “Zone of Proximal Development” for each other.
