全球化脈絡下公民身分之圖像：以我國社區大學課程為例   免費試閱

Citizenship in the Context of Globalization: A Case Study of Community College Curricula in Taiwan

有鑑於全球化脈絡下快速的社會變遷，對於個體公民身分的構成可能有所衝擊，故而以社區大學長遠發展而言，實有必要思考課程所承載的公民身分結構和內涵，俾利社區大學課程發展得以與時俱進。因此，本文首先探討全球化脈絡下，個體公民身分所指涉的領域、範疇和目的等相關論述的變化，並發展全球化脈絡下個體公民身分的分析架構。其次，運用內容分析法，並輔以對應分析法、訪談法等，考察鄉鎮類型的宜蘭社區大學、都會類型的信義社區大學以及衛星都市類型的永和社區大學之課程，以瞭解全球化脈絡下成人公民身分的發展趨向與內涵。研究結果除顯示成人公民身分公／私領域並存的現象外，亦可以見到社區大學中私人領域學習議題與公民身分之連結，且不同類型社區大學呈現出兼顧發展自身在地特色與顧及全球化趨勢的努力。最後，本文以研究發現為基礎，提出結論及後續可能研究方向。

Taiwan ’s community colleges have defined their critical mission as being that of promoting civic virtues and establishing a democratic society. Due to globalization and the dramatic recent social transformations， the meaning and possible boundaries of individual “citizenship” have begun to be questioned in the community colleges. The research methods， therefore， used content analysis， correspondent analysis and interviews to investigate three types of community colleges in Taiwan: country town colleges like the Yilan Community Colleges， urban colleges like the Sinyi Community Colleges， and suburban colleges such as Yonghe Community College. The research results showed that Taiwan's community colleges combine the patterns of public and private citizenship， and that in the curricula of community colleges there has been an increasing number of “private citizenship courses due to the new interest in individual learning.” It was also found that community colleges are trying to develop their local identities while taking the impact of globalization into account in the structuring of their curricula. This paper draws conclusions from the research findings and suggests directions for future research.
