中文摘要 | 本文主要在探討僕人式領導的緣起、內涵及其對中小學校長的啟示,僕人式領導一詞最早是由Robert K.Greenleaf 所提出,大體而言,僕人式領導是一種精神勝於物質、引導勝於驅使、助人成長勝於壓抑他人成長、價值信念領導勝於行為技術領導的領導風格,本文最後由領導始於服務、從權力控制到權力釋放及協助教師成長及採取非英雄式領導等方面闡述僕人式領導對中小學校長的啟示。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this paper is to search the origin and concept of servant leadership. Bascially, servant leaders always want to serve and be a servant first. Therefore, principals should have a desire to serve and empower school teachers. The paper recommends three suggestions for principal leadership, including leader as servant, facilitating teacher professional growth, from power over to power to, and employing unheroic leadership. In short, the paper is to provide some suggestions for principals to improve the management of school administration. |
