Analyzing the Phenomenon of Violating the Students’ Rights at Primary and Secondary Schools

在当前的学校生活中，存在着学生的生存权受到威胁、参与权受到妨碍、选择权受到限制、自主活动权缺失等影响学生学校生活质量的现象。这些现象出现的直接原因在于教育者民主知识的缺乏，学生自我保护、自我控制意识与能力的缺乏。提升学生学校生活质量可以通过使学生了解民主生活必备的相关知识、养育学生的权利意识、实施权利剥夺、提高学生民主生活能力等途径实现。

At present， the right of some students to live is threatened， the right to participate is impeded by restrictions on， the right to choose is restricted， the right to self-activity is lacked at primary and secondary schools. The most direct reason for the status quo of students’ life are that the lack of educators’ knowledge about democracy and the lack of students’ self-protection awareness and ability and the lack of students’ self-control awareness and ability. The priority of the following basic approach should be given to enhance the quality of students’ life：Ensuring students know the democratic knowledge， raising students’ right awareness， implementing deprival of right， improving students’ democratic ability.
