英文摘要 | Cultural consciousness means self-awaking, self-reflection and self-creation in the cultural. The teachers’ cultural consciousness depends on whether the teachers can take part in and research education consciously, and then they can regard the educational activities as the process of self-realization and embodying the meaning of life. This kind of consciousness is the very important dynamic mechanism in the process of the teachers’ professional development. Moreover, in the times of cultural diversity, it is also a kind of mental state, which is indispensable for a teacher when he or she wants to understand and grasp the content and the role of culture, and to promote the growth of real people. |
