中文摘要 | 本文旨在探究國中小校長在108課綱政策中,以課程領導發展校本課程及校訂課程所面臨的挑戰及因應的行動智慧。全文主要透過文獻分析及研究者長期輔導國中小發展校本特色課程所見所聞的資料分析,論述108課綱下國中小校長的課程領導智慧,包括:一、加強覺知,提供核心概念、易用工具、優質示例及促動因子;二、建立方向願景、運作方法工具及校本課程方案內容的系統性;三、強化目標釐清、關鍵行動、優序重點、資源綜效及課責意識;四、深耕校本社群及課程教學方案,發展行動策略、技巧及知識;五、落實三聯制,權變實踐行動、持續批判省思,完善配套措施。 |
英文摘要 | This article aims to explore the challenges faced by elementary and middle school principals in developing the school-based curriculum and the school-decided curriculum with curriculum leadership and the corresponding wisdom for action to cope with the 108 curricula policy. This paper mainly analyzes the literature and the data that the researcher has collected in long term guidance and observation on the development of school-based featured curriculum in elementary and middle schools. The curriculum leadership wisdom for action that elementary and middle school principals can enrich is proposed as follows: First, promoting awareness and providing core concepts, handy tools, outstanding examples, and motivating factors; second, establishing directional visions, operational approaches, and school-based featured programs in a systematic way; third, strengthening clarification of goals, key actions, priorities, resource allocation, and consciousness of accountability; fourth, deeply cultivating school-based community and curriculum teaching programs, developing action strategies, skills and knowledge; fifth, implementing the three administrative steps of planning, execution and evaluation, contingent practice actions, continuous critical thinking, and facilitating coordinated sets of measures. |
