中文摘要 | 本文主要目的是整合人工智慧與人力資源創新理念,實踐具有教練指導的組織環境,進而創造有利於人力資源員工發展之條件。跨學科領域學習是人力資源培育未來人才不可或缺的一環,且創新思維是驅動成長的主要元素,因此,藉由人工智慧領域創新提出人力資源AI管理教練,這是一個結合組織目標設定、員工發展回饋、提高個人和組織績效的人工智慧系統。人力資源AI管理教練具有三個觀點:首先,具有跨學科性質,整合和擴展了兩個研究領域,分別是人工智慧和績效管理,前者是資訊技術領域,後者是人力資源管理領域;其次,人力資源AI管理教練可以協助主管或直線經理,進而幫助組織員工個人發展;最後,員工績效與組織績效之間可以藉由人力資源AI管理教練建立起聯繫。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this paper is to integrate the innovative concept of artificial intelligence and human resources, to practice the organizational environment with coaching, and to create conditions conducive to human resources field employee development. Interdisciplinary learning is an indispensable part of human resource to cultivate future talents, and innovative thinking is the main element for driving growth. Therefore, human resources AI managerial coaching are proposed through innovation in the field of artificial intelligence. This is an artificial intelligence system that combines organizational goals, employee development feedback, and improve individual and organizational performance. However, there are three perspectives: first, with an interdisciplinary nature, integration and expanded two research fields, distinction artificial intelligence and performance management. The former is the information technology subject and the latter is the human resources management subject. Second, human resource AI managerial coaching can assist frontline supervisors and help organization employee development. Finally, the relationship between employee performance and organizational performance can be established through the human resource AI managerial coaching. |
