中文摘要 | 國立臺灣師範大學自2014年推行「專責導師制」,聘用具其教育、諮商輔導、學生事務、社工等專長等碩士級人員擔任導師,主責學生初級輔導工作。經過這四年發展,至今未有針對實施狀況的相關研究,故本研究於2018年12月期間選取不同專長、不同輔導學院的專責導師共八位進行深度訪談,深入瞭解專責導師參與學校輔導工作的實際狀況、師生互動與組織運作等議題,據此分析此制度的特色與待改進之處,做為制度未來調整之思考。 |
英文摘要 | Since August 2014, National Taiwan Normal University has implemented the “Student Adviser System.” Master students in the fields of education, counseling, student affairs, and social work, etc. were employed as staff. They were responsible for students’ developmental guidance. The system has been implemented for four years, but there has never been any relevant research on how it has been implemented. Thus, in December 2018, this study selected eight student advisers from different fields and different colleges for in-depth interviews in order to get an in-depth understanding of student advisors’ actual participation in school counseling work, teacher-student interaction, and organizational operations. Based on this understanding, the characteristics of the system and the areas to be improved are analyzed as a basis for future adjustment of the system. |
