中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討教師信任對教師團隊績效的影響,並分析團隊成員交換關係與利他行為的中介效果。研究目的包含:一、探討教師間信任對教師團隊績效的影響;二、釐清團隊成員交換關係對教師信任與教師團隊績效關係之中介影響;三、釐清利他行為對教師信任與教師團隊績效關係之中介影響。本研究之對象為375位國民中學教師。問卷內容包括兩部分:第一部分內容為前置變項(信任)及中介變項(團隊成員交換關係、利他行為);第二部分內容則為結果變項(教師團隊績效)。研究方法上,透過驗證性因素分析問卷資料,確定量表的統計適配程度,並透過結構方程模式分析潛在變數的預期路徑以及相對支持強度,最後對研究模型的因果關係模式進行假設檢定。經分析所得結論共四點:一、教師信任對團隊績效具有正向影響;二、教師信任對團隊成員交換關係及利他行為皆具有正向影響;三、團隊成員交換關係及利他行為皆對團隊績效具有正向影響;四、團隊成員交換關係及利他行為對教師信任與團隊績效間的關係具有中介效果。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to examine the impact of trust among teachers on teachers’ team performance, and to further analyze the mediating roles of team-member exchange (TMX) and altruistic behavior (AB). The purpose of the study is threefold: to explore (1) the impact of trust on teachers’ team performance, (2) the mediating effect of TMX on trust and teachers’ team performance, and (3) the mediating effect of AB on trust and teachers’ team performance. A survey was conducted with 375 junior high school teachers. The questionnaire comprises two sections. Antecedents (trust) and the mediating variables (TMX and AB) are in the first half, while items of outcome variable (team performance) are in the second half. Through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), we examined the collected data and the validity of the questionnaire. To test the hypotheses, we adopted Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) to account for the prediction of path diagram of latent variables, and perform relative strength in the path analysis to show causal model. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) trust among teachers has a positive effect on teachers’ team performance, (2) trust among teachers has a positive effect on TMX and AB, (3) TMX and AB both have a positive effect on teachers’ team performance, and (4) TMX and AB have a mediating effect on trust and team performance. |
