中文摘要 | 受人口結構老化、照顧服務人力短缺及其專業性不足的影響,高齡照顧服務人才的議題逐漸獲得重視。本研究以半結構式訪談的方法,針對9位機構式照顧服務人才,探討我國機構式照顧服務人才的專業能力及內涵,提出對長期照顧人力發展之建議。研究結果包括:一、機構式照顧服務人才之專業知識和技巧,共包括有身體照顧、生活照顧、緊急狀況處理、活動帶領、心理支持及職業倫理六項;二、機構式照顧服務人才之專業態度,包括尊重、耐心、誠實、察言觀色、自我要求、主動性、工作熱忱、願意學習與改變、同理心、負責任及團隊意識十一項;三、機構式照顧服務人才之待加強能力,以心理支持、活動帶領、失智症概念與應對措施及實作等相關能力為主。 |
英文摘要 | Due to population aging and the shortage of caring human resources, the topic of elderly care service has gradually gained attention. Hence, this study adopted semi-structured interviews with 9 care workers in an institution to explore the professional ability and provided the suggestions of long-term care human resource. The conclusions as followed: a) The context of professional competency for care workers in institution is concluded in 6 items including physical care, life care, emergency handling, activity leading, psychological support and occupational ethics. b) The context of professional attitude for care workers in institution is concluded in 11 items including respect, patient, honest, watches person’s every mood, self-request, initiative, work enthusiasm, high willingness to learn and change, empathy, responsibility, team consciousness. c) The competencies to be strengthened including psychological, activity, dementia and implementation. |
