中文摘要 | 本研究在探討我國大學行政人員專業發展現況及影響因素,分析教育部推展終身學習獎勵員工學習制度對大學行政人員的專業發展策略與實施效益。本研究採用問卷調查法,抽取12所大學發送問卷360份,利用描述性統計、χ2檢定、單因子變異數分析進行分析。結論如下:一、大學行政人員專業發展現況:(一)參與專業發展大多為非自發性;(二)參與專業發展動機需要個人興趣支持。二、大學行政人員專業發展之影響因素及實施效益與誘因:(一)不同類型大學行政人員參與專業發展活動效益沒有差異;(二)公立技職大學認為「訓練進修所要求的作業過多, 負荷過重」之因素大於公立一般大學; ( 三) 「列入年終考績」、「升遷」及「增加訓練補助經費」能提高參訓意願。三、教育部推動員工學習制度獎勵實施效益:各類型大學不論是否獲得獎勵,在實施專業發展活動效益方面無差異。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to present the current situation of the professional development for administrative staff in universities, explore factors affecting their professional development, and examine the NRPSSE that the Ministry of Education promoted to encourage lifelong learning among employees in the benefits for holding professional development activities. This study adopted questionnaire survey: in total, 360 questionnaires were collected from 12 univeristies. Descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and one-way ANOVA were performed. The findings were as follows: 1. Regarding the current situation: (1) The professional development activities that administrators frequently participated in were normally not voluntary. (2) The motivation for professional development came from personal interests. 2. Regarding the factors and benefits: (1) No significant differences were found among different universities in their reports on the benefits of the professional development activities. (2) The administrators in public technological universities considered professional development training a burden that required much work. (3) Being included in the year-end performance appraisal or promotion, or increasing the budget for training would motivate the administrators to participate in training. Regarding the NRPSSE, no matter if universities implementing the NRPSSE or not, no significant differences were observed on the benefits of the professional development activities. |
