中文摘要 | 本研究為探究教師證書保證教師能具備與時俱進教學專業知能之價值,特以日本自2009年實施的教師證書更新制度(簡稱教師換證制度)為研究對象,用以瞭解其發展以及教師對於教師換證制度之意見。為達到研究目的,除採文獻與文件分析日本教師換證制度的發展外,本研究採用自編「教師換證制度意見調查表」,調查2017年7~8月至日本H大學參加教師換證制度講習課程的教師共計592位,有效問卷為534份,回收率達90.05%。根據分析結果,本研究獲致填答者有40.9%支持教師換證制度,有59.1%表示不支持教師換證制度。從調查結果顯示,教師希望教師換證制度有所改變,且填答者認為參與講習課程的時間與經費成本過高、無法感受其價值與意義、教師換證制度無法與其他教師專業發展制度相連結、教師換證制度加重教師負擔以致對教師工作不滿、部分教師認同講習課程內容、應完備教師換證制度等。最後本研究提供從教師觀點檢視日本教師換證制度之建議,以作為臺灣規劃相關制度之參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study analyzed the development of the teacher certificate renewal system used in Japan since 2009 to understand the system as an assurance institute for teachers’ professional development and to understand the perspective of teachers who had participated in renewal courses at H University. The certificate renewal system was investigated through document and literature analyses. In addition, the “Teaching Certificate Renewal System Questionnaire” was distributed among teachers from July to August of the study year. In total, 592 questionnaires were completed, among which 534 were effective (effective recovery rate = 90.05%). Overall, 40.9% of respondents supported the teaching certificate renewal system and 59.1% did not. Most respondents supported the system being revised. According to the respondents’ answers, the main factors causing dissatisfaction were time, fees, and a lack of connections with other professional teaching systems. Nevertheless, some teachers indicated that the content of renewal courses in universities brought meaning and value to their lives. Finally, this paper makes suggestions to the government of Taiwan for designing a related system based on the experience of the teaching certificate renewal system in Japan. |
