德國配管技術人員的職業訓練之分析及對臺灣的啟示

The Plumbing Training in Germany and Its Implications for Taiwan

因臺灣管線氣爆災害頻傳，凸顯臺灣配管專門技術人員養成的問題。本文介紹享譽國際的德國雙軌技職體系、德國的配管職業教育之學校課程內容與專業養成、職業工會的教育責任，並探討臺灣木柵高工、草屯工商以及勞動力發展署的配管訓練課程差異、旨在論述臺灣與德國配管科課程差異，以及臺灣高職配管科實施雙軌制的發展性，並提出對臺灣技職配管職業訓練的啟示，以做為未來技職配管職業訓練資源整合的參考。

A series of gas explosions occurred recently in Taiwan, which destroyed many buildings and caused serious injuries and some deaths. Frequent of gas explosions indicates the shortage of training system for professional technicians in Taiwan. To prevent the possibility of public damage, it is imperative to provide well-trained plumbers in the labor market. Therefore, this study introduces the vocational education and the details of the plumbing training in Germany; this study compares the vocational training curricula between Muzha Vocational High School, National Caotun Commercial and Industrial Vocational Senior High School, and Ministry of Labor. Furthermore, we highlight the dual system of the plumbing training in Germany. Implications and suggestions are proposed in this study to improve the plumbing training and vocational education in Taiwan.
