中文摘要 | 臺灣人口結構已急速顯現少子高齡化,對未來社會造成巨大的衝擊及影響,因此讓高齡者持續學習與貢獻已經是政府密切關注及投入的政策方向。因應全球已邁入資訊科技時代,讓高齡者因應資訊數位化,學習應用資訊科技產品,融入資訊社會,提升生活品質,除能減少因資訊科技的發展所產生的世代隔閡,改善高齡化社會所帶來數位落差問題,並可進一步成功老化。惟高齡者由於身心種種因素,經常面臨障礙而導致學習受挫、甚至放棄學習,若能在高齡者數位學習課程中導入代間學習,由年輕世代擔任數位學伴教導高齡者資訊能力的學習,透過年輕世代在數位科技應用的優勢來縮小落差,營造友善的學習環境,或許是一條可行之路。本文先探討臺灣少子高齡化趨勢,其次討論高齡者與網絡科技能力學習及代間學習之關係,最後提出由年輕世代擔任高齡者數位學伴的因應作法。 |
英文摘要 | The population structure of Taiwan has been rapidly emerging the low fertility rate and ageing and cause a huge impact on the future society. Therefore, the sustained learning and contribution of the elderly has been the policy direction of the government’s close attention and investment. Because of the global information technology has entered the era, let the elderly learn digital information and application of information technology products, can enhance the quality of life and reduce the generation gap caused by the development of information technology, and further successful aging. But due to various physical and mental factors, the elderly often face barriers and lead to learning frustration and even give up learning. It is a feasible way if the elderly e-learning courses into intergenerational learning by younger generations as e-Tutor to teach the elderly information ability of learning, through the young generation in a number of applications of technology advantage to narrow the gap, creating a friendly the learning environment. This article first discuss the trend of Taiwan’s low fertility rate and population ageing, followed by discussion of the relationship between the elderly and the generation of network technology and the ability to learn, at the end of this paper, the feasible practice of younger generation as the elderly’s e-Tutor is proposed. |
