中文摘要 | 聯合國教科文組織「教育2030」的願景是希望以人權為基礎,維護尊嚴、社會公平、和平及包容,並且持續推動全民教育,擴大終身學習。此願景提出的時間與臺灣實驗教育三法公布施行和《十二年國民基本教育課程綱要總綱》發布時間相近,其核心精神也彼此相符,均朝向全人的觀點發展。新倡議都有其脈絡性,也同時包含前一個倡議的未竟之事和以更高理想的邁進。足見,教育理想的實踐具有挑戰,也需創新對應。本研究先淺析《仁川教育宣言》(Education 2030 Incheon Declaration)的內容與未來教育的相關文獻,以了解其背後的理念和精神所在,再以文本、理論與經驗的交叉論述來理解臺灣十二年國教課程綱要與實驗教育的的核心內涵,而後探討學校型態實驗教育面對未來教育的相關問題,進而提出創新實驗教育以因應未來之取徑。 |
英文摘要 | The Education 2030 published by UNESCO, The new vision will focus our efforts on access, equity and inclusion, quality and learning outcomes, within a lifelong learning approach. This vision is proposed and the three Enforcement Act of experiment education published and Grade 1-12 Curriculum Guidelines will be drive close to the point in time, its core spirit is also consistent with each other, towards the perspective and development of the whole person. New initiatives are contextual, also includes an initiative before the todo, and evolution has reached the desired. Practice of educational ideals, with corresponding challenges the innovation. Grade 1-12 Curriculum Guidelines implementation, is a landmark of new challenges, the last two or three years to handle the sharp rise in the number, perhaps this is the touchstone of ideal practice innovation strategy. Combing this study “education 2030” the spirit and meaning, followed by its associated with the new Curriculum Guidelines and experimental education and in Publicly Managed public school experience, reflection on experimental education in response to future education. |
