中文摘要 | 本研究以澳門學生國際學生能力評量計畫2012年成績表現為例,嘗試從教育公平觀點檢視澳門學校環境因素與學生學習表現之關聯性。根據研究發現,與學生國際學生能力評量計畫數學素養成績表現有顯著相關之因素,包括「學校規模」、「新生入學門檻」、「教師教學熱忱」、「師生關係」與「學校學習氣氛」。此外,學生能否進入名校,與學生學習表現和出身背景有密切相關,此將導致「貧者愈貧、富者愈富」之教育不公平現象。據此,於研究末為未來澳門教育政策提供些許建議。 |
英文摘要 | The study, by analyzing the dataset, Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2012 of Macau, addresses the relationship between school environmental factors and students’ academic performance in Macau from the angle of educational equity/equality. According to the research findings, factors that have positively significant correlations with the academic performance consist of “school scale,” “criteria for recruiting new students,” “teachers’ passion for teaching,” “teacher-student relationship,” and “school learning climate.” In addition, the access to the so-called prestigious schools in Macau is greatly associated with students’ prior academic performance as well as family backgrounds, which deepens the gap between advantaged and disadvantaged groups. Based on the research findings, some suggestions are provided in the end. |
