中文摘要 | 我國高教政策發展與人才培育成效近年廣受社會關注與業界挑戰,尤其是畢業生就業條件未能跟上快速變遷的職場環境與雇主要求,致使大學教育與職場人才需求間存在亟需解決的缺口。本研究旨在探討市場導向、學校國際化程度和學生就業力間關係,以問卷為調查工具,採立意抽樣方式選取12所大學校院大學生為樣本,共獲得507份有效問卷,以分析市場導向和國際化程度對學生就業力發展的直接影響,並藉由學校國際化程度瞭解市場導向文化對就業力的干擾效果。透過階層迴歸分析結果顯示,市場導向文化與國際化程度對學生就業力的一般工作能力、專業工作能力、工作態度和職涯規劃與自信心具有正向顯著影響。且當學校國際化程度愈高時,市場導向文化的顧客導向和競爭者導向對一般工作能力的正向影響更為強烈。最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議及未來研究方向,以供大學校院參考。 |
英文摘要 | Higher education policy and manpower training fail to meet the requirement of rapidly-changing society and employers’ expectation in Taiwan, resulting in the great gap between university education and employment. This study aims to explore the relationships among market orientation, degree of internationalization and student employability in higher education institutions (HEIs). Via analyzing a purposely sample size of 507 undergraduates from 12 Taiwanese HEIs with adopting hierarchical regression, results show that the influences of market-oriented culture and degree of internationalization on student employability (general ability for work, professional ability for work, attitude at work, career planning and confidence) are evident. Furthermore, degree of internationalization has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between customer/competitor orientation and general ability for work. Based on the findings, specific suggestions and managerial implications for HEIs and future research are provided. |
