中文摘要 | 教育現場中法治教育的核心價值包含一個重點(即人性尊嚴的維護)、三個操作(即意識、學習與實踐)以及五個流程(即法治精神理解、案例說明探究、良好典範讚揚、法治精神實踐與友善校園落實)。學校是正規法治教育的實施場域,友善校園乃最貼近學習者的日常生活實踐。本研究採用文獻分析法,從現行國中小友善校園環境的現況、困境與解決策略著手,探討法治教育的核心價值,並整理出實踐友善校園的10個策略:一、協助學生增加保護因子;二、協助學生增強人際互動技巧及策略建立;三、增加校園角落意見信箱及注意學生日常反應;四、協助學生建立溫馨有愛的班級環境;五、法治教育的提醒與機會教育;六、加強表揚友善協助弱勢榜樣;七、落實生命教育,強化輔導機能;八、強化學習者夢想,轉移負面注意力;九、增強學生自尊與心理抗壓素質;十、友善關懷者書寫信件溝通,勝過口頭言語表達。期望藉由本研究,能為關心犯罪防治、基礎法治教育、友善校園環境實踐的教育先進提供參酌建議。 |
英文摘要 | The core value of law-related education includes one main point—“maintenance of human dignity”, three operations—(1)“awareness”, (2) “learning”, (3) “practice”, and five processes (UCECS model of law-related education process)—(1) Understanding of lawrelated spirits, (2) Case study, (3) Encouragement of good models, (4) Conducting of lawrelated spirits, (5) Surroundings of friendly campus idea. Ten strategies to achieve the practice of the friendly campus are as follows: 1. to help students to increase the factors of protection, 2. to help students strengthen the skills of interpersonal relationship and build up the strategies, 3.to increase the mail boxes around the corners at the campus and pay more attention to students at educational work fields, 4. to help students make warm atmosphere with love in the classroom, 5. to remind students the importance of obeying rules as long as teachers have the opportunities, 6. to encourage good models of helping under privileged students in public, 7. to practice the life education and strengthen the function of counseling, 8. to strengthen the pursuits of dreams instead of negative attraction, 9. to strengthen students’ self confidence and their mental quality against stress, 10. to write down letters instead of continuing exhortation. |
