中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討休閒農業經營者推動社區體驗學習的歷程及遭遇問題的因應。以雲林縣6家休閒農業經營者為對象,採用質性研究的半結構式深度訪談取得資料,經由整理分析後獲致以下結論:休閒農業經營者推動社區體驗學習的歷程包括:運用生態參觀、農村文物及文化進行導覽解說和體驗學習規劃;整合實境觀察、動手操作的體驗行銷設計,以提升體驗學習的成效。面對的困境為:缺乏體驗反思學習的相關知能,維護有機農耕及生態體驗區的人力資源及經費不足,農場區域位置與氣候等因素影響遊客數量,以及部分休閒農場面對產品的包裝及銷售狀況不理想。依據以上結論本研究提出五項建議:一、休閒農業經營者宜經由學習觀摩持續創新體驗學習的設計與運作;二、充實體驗學習的相關知能,以深化體驗學習成效;三、結合青年志工社會服務學習行動,以加強體驗學習活動的反思設計;四、縣市政府應以休閒農場特色協助規劃體驗學習套裝行程;五、進行體驗活動結合農場產品行銷的創意無縫規劃。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are to explore the responding to promote experiential learning and encounter problems of leisure agriculture operators in community. There are six leisure agricultural operators as research subjects in Yun-Lin County. The qualitative methodology and depth semi-structured interviews are used to collect data in this study. After analyzing the data, the conclusions as fellow: The course designed to enhance the experiential learning effect for promoting community experiential learning of leisure agricultural operators includes using the eco-visiting, tours of guiding rural heritages and culture, and experiential learning planning; integrating reality observation, experience marketing, and hands-on learning results. Difficulties encountered including: The leisure agricultural operators lack related knowledge and ability in the reflection of experiential learning; are short of the human resources and funds to maintain the organic farming and ecological experience zone; Due to the location and climatic change of farms, the potential number of tourists that would be affected; the product packaging and sales are not ideal in some of the leisure farms. These are fi ve recommendations were proposed based on the above conclusions as follows: (1) Leisure agricultural operators should continue to revise and operate experiential learning innovatively through the reflective observation; (2) They should develop and enrich the relevant skills and knowledge to deepen the operator learning experience; (3) They should combine youth volunteer’s community service learning plans to enhance the design of the reflection of experiential learning activities; (4) The county (city) government should assist the operators to plan the experiential learning package tour based on the features of leisure farm in the future; (5) They should create seamless plan to combine the experiential activities and product marketing. |
