英文摘要 | The influence of neoliberalism is emphasizing accountability that evaluation becomes an important method to conduct quality management. Both Taiwan and America teacher preparation program evaluations are operated under such ideology, they have a common goal which is quality assurance of teacher preparation program. However, there are still difference between Taiwan and America, especially the volunteer of participating in evaluation and usage of the evaluation outcomes. The development of the creative economy, the creative and open perspectives is valuable to teacher preparation program evaluation. Teacher preparation program evaluation should have multiple perspectives to promote long term development. |
