中文摘要 | 本研究旨在瞭解校長支持作為對教學導師教師領導的影響。研究採訪談法,研究對象為四所參與臺北市教學導師制度學校中的四位校長及四位教學導師。研究工具為「國民小學校長支持作為對教學導師教師領導之影響訪談大綱」。研究發現包括:一、教學導師教師領導之功能,從基本的「協助與支持教師同儕」到「影響學校層級之決策」都有;二、教學導師發揮教師領導作為時,校長所提供的支持可以「結構支持」為基,其次是「專業的支持」,而「關係、文化與情緒的支持」也是必要的;三、校長支持作為不但能促進教學導師之教師領導,並能對學校與教師產生正向的影響。最後,研究者根據結論,提出相關建議,俾供教育行政機關、校長、教學導師以及未來研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate principal’s support for and influence on mentor teachers in the development of teacher leadership. Four elementary schools which had participated in the Mentor Teacher Program in Taipei City for years were selected, and then four mentor teachers and their corresponding principals, eight participants in total, were interviewed by the researcher in these four schools. The researcher used “Principal’s Support for Mentor Teacher in the Development of Teacher Leadership Inventory” as the research tool. The major findings are as follows: 1. the main functions of teacher leadership for mentor teachers range from “helping and supporting teachers” to “influencing school administration in decision-making”; 2. the dimensions of principals’ supportive behaviors to teacher leadership development for mentor teachers include “structure,” which is basic, “profession,” and “relationship, school culture and emotion”; 3. The principal’s support not only strengthens teacher leadership but also provides the teacher and schools with positive impacts. Based on the research findings, several suggestions for future research are offered. |
