中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討我國高級中等學校教師心理賦權、學校組織創新氛圍、校長賦權領導與教師創造力教學行為之關係。本研究透過50所高級中等學校、1,134位教師的問卷調查,並使用相關及階層線性模式等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示,高級中等學校教師心理賦權、學校組織創新氛圍、校長賦權領導與教師創造力教學行為彼此間具相關性,其中,學校組織創新氛圍對教師創造力教學行為有顯著直接的影響效果,且當學校組織創新氛圍是透過校長賦權領導之中介作用運作時,能對教師創造力教學行為產生更大的影響。此外,校長賦權領導對教師心理賦權具有顯著之直接影響效果。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed to investigate the relationships among principals’ empowering leadership, organizational climate of creativity at schools, teachers’ psychological empowerment, and teachers’ creativity-teaching behavior. A questionnaire survey was conducted and 1,134 valid questionnaires were collected from the teachers in 50 different senior high schools. Data was examined by Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical linear model (HLM). The findings suggested that there were significant positive correlations among principals’ empowering leadership, organizational climate of creativity at schools, teachers’ psychological empowerment, and teachers’ creativity-teaching behavior. Although organizational climate of creativity at schools had a direct effect on teachers’ creativity-teaching behavior, it also had an even greater effect on teachers’ creativity-teaching behavior by way of principals’ empowering leadership. In addition, principals’ empowering leadership had a direct effect on teachers’ psychological empowerment. |
