英文摘要 | This study aims to explore the sources and strategies which the elementary school principals use to obtain the funds resources, and then enhance the elementary school principals’ related knowledge and make up the inadequacy of the related literature through literature research and case study. At the research procedure, the first step is to establish the preliminary theoretical connotation through literature research, and the second step is to do the qualitative case study by the school which wins 2010 InnoSchool Premium Award.
