中文摘要 | 從教育發展的歷史來看,它一直與國家官僚體制的運作有很直接的關係。在新自由主義世界中,由於全球化對國家權力的威脅,已使得國家教育政策正在快速轉變,並對教育的未來和課程的公共性產生影響。在此脈絡下,本文旨在進一步說明:一、新自由主義如何對國家教育政策產生極大影響,並把目標窄化為提升競爭力。二、就風險社會學的觀點來看,新自由主義和全球風險可說是一體的兩面;換言之,新自由主義式的教育政策會導致未來社會的風險增加。三、就課程公共性的角度來看(包括就形式上和內容上),教育人員如何可能超越新自由主義式的教育政策,以促進未來社會的可能發展。 |
英文摘要 | Historically, the development of education has been always closely related to national bureaucracy. Due to the threat of neoliberalism recently, the nation-state has been getting into a troublesome situation of losing its power, which resulted in the fast change of national educational policy and the impact to the future education and curriculum publicness. The paper aimed to address the issues from the following three viewpoints: 1) How the neoliberalism influence the national educational policies and narrow down the educational goal into a discourse of competition? 2) From the perspective of risk society theories, neolibralism and global risks are two side of coin. 3) From the viewpoint of curriculum publicness, what are the possible ways to enact beyond neoliberally educational policies and contribute to the development of future society? |
