中文摘要 | 以北京市455名中小学教师为样本,考察了中小学教师心理韧性的结构与影响因素。结果表明:中小学教师的心理韧性包含三个成份,即对教与学的热爱与奉献、教师自我效能感、工作满足感与乐观,能够比较好地验证教师心理韧性的结构;教师与同事、家长及学生之间的信任关系、学校领导的支持与教龄对教师心理韧性具有显著的正向预测作用,工作负荷对教师心理韧性存在显著的负向预测作用。 |
英文摘要 | This research investigates the construct of teacher resilience and factors affecting teacher resilience with a sample of 455 primary and secondary school teachers in Beijing. Results indicate that three elements of teacher resilience, namely, the commitment to teaching and learning, teacher’s self-efficacy and job satisfaction and optimism, can represent well the construct of teacher resilience. The trust between teachers and their colleagues, parents and students, school leaders’ support, and years of teaching experience have significant positive predictable effects on teacher resilience. Workload, however, significantly negatively predicts teacher resilience. |
