中文摘要 | 近年来,日本在响应联合国教科文组织的号召,推进可持续发展教育事业方面做出了积极的贡献。日本中央政府初期通过出台一系列教育政策来普及可持续发展教育事业,而随着教育事业全面转向学校实践之后,中央政府与地方政府通过为学校、教师间搭建交流平台来支持可持续发展教育事业的全面开展。在学校实践层面,可持续发展教育实践主题多样,内容丰富,教育形式以课外活动为主,并具有以下两个特点:分阶段教学,配合学生的心智发展是其一个重要特点;将地域文化引入实践,因地制宜,充分发挥地区优势是其另一个重要特点。 |
英文摘要 | Japan, in respond to the call of UNESCO, has made positive contribution to UNDESD (The United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development) in recent years. In the early stages, the Japanese central government launches a series of policies to popularize the ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) .After the ESD practices go in to schools, the central government and local government begin to set up communicating platforms between schools and teachers to support ESD continually. The school-based ESD practices in Japan have diverse themes, rich contents, and focus on the extracurricular activities as teaching form. There are two characteristics of the ESD practices: first, teaching is based on the students’ cognitive developmental stages; and second, local cultures and regional advantages are considered and made use of in practices. |
