英文摘要 | Japan is known for the balanced development of education in the postwar, but with the popularity of high school,the students in senior high school have become increasingly diversified, some did not reach the graduate degreeof compulsory education. The" encourage school" in Tokyo is the practice case of Japan's diversified reform on high school in response to those with low learning ability. Japanese high school diversified reform is part of the Neoliberal education reform, complying with the development and change of Japanese society but abandoning the balance.when pursuing efficiency. |
