中文摘要 | 資訊素養是高科技環境下的重要議題,但過去研究單純強調資訊素養的重要,而忽略了其他的配合條件,研究者認為資訊環境與工作投入是值得探討的變數。本研究以臺南縣、市的國民小學行政人員為研究母體,採分層立意抽樣方式,共抽取60所國民小學之行政人員,獲得455份有效樣本。統計方法採用階層迴歸分析,研究發現如下:一、資訊素養愈高的國民小學行政人員,其工作效率愈好;二、資訊環境會調節資訊素養對工作效率的影響,在較良好資訊環境裡的國民小學行政人員,其資訊素養對工作效率有較強的影響;三、工作投入會調節資訊素養對工作效率的影響,較高工作投入的國民小學行政人員,其資訊素養對工作效率有較強的影響。最後,本研究根據研究結果提出結論與建議,以供未來研究、教育主管機關及學校參考。 |
英文摘要 | Information literacy is an important issue under the environment of high technology. However, prior studies purely emphasize the importance of information literacy, but ignore other supporting conditions. The study supposes information environment and job involvement are variables of deserved exploration. The study population is the administrators of elementary schools in Tainan County and Tainan City. The valid samples of 455 administrators were acquired from 60 elementary schools through stratified purposive sampling. The statistic method used is hierarchical regression analysis. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the elementary school administrators owning better information literacy have better work efficiency. Second, information environment has the moderating effect of information literacy on work efficiency. For the elementary school administrators that possess better information environment, information literacy has a stronger influence on work efficiency. Third, job involvement has the moderating effect of information literacy on work efficiency. For the administrators who have higher job involvement, information literacy has a stronger influence on work efficiency. Finally, according to the study results, the study proposes the conclusions and suggestions as references to the future study, educational authorities and schools. |
