中文摘要 | 教育評鑑是提升教育品質、促進教育發展的重要方式之一,然而,許多評鑑結果或被束之高閣,或未能與教育決策建立牢固的制度性連結,以致失去評鑑之意義。本研究旨在探究評鑑使用之內涵,首先以評鑑使用相關文獻中整理評鑑使用之類型;其次,從不適切的評鑑使用說明未用及誤用的種類,並深入探究影響評鑑使用之因素,再者,提出對我國評鑑使用之啟示並提出提升評鑑使用之具體建議,期使能落實教育評鑑之正確使用。 |
英文摘要 | Evaluation practice has grown in leaps and bounds in recent years. The trend of evaluation research and issues that evaluators and stakeholders discussed have expanded from evaluation planning, evaluation models, evaluation methods and related techniques, evaluator training, ethics, and standard, to utilization of the result. Numerous studies have been conducted in Western, but little is known about evaluation use in Taiwan. This study serves as a launching point for research on evaluation use. In this article the authors address various evaluation use, nonuse, and overuse. Furthermore, factors related to evaluation use are discussed. In addition, this article concludes some theoretical as well as practical implications for evaluation practitioners, researchers, decision makers, and theorists for enhancing the usefulness of evaluation results, and improving the quality of evaluation. |
