中文摘要 | 空間領導是領導者透過規劃與運用校舍、校園、運動場和附屬設施,以建構對學校課程、教師教學、學生學習、行政管理和社區公關,具有實質影響力的「點、線、面、體」環境,以引領學校空間和教育發展之歷程。空間領導的目的在透過校園建築空間與環境的規劃、建置與運用,以促進教育意境、學校課程、教師教學、學生學習、行政管理和社區公關之提升,達到引領學校建立空間特色,增進學校教育發展之目的。 空間領導,在實務運用上,應掌握團隊合作、願景導向、整體規劃、創新經營、永續發展及階段參與等六項原則;在研究立論上,以學校建築規劃、教育領導、學校創新經營、學習型組織和永續發展作為理論基礎。期盼空間領導的理論研究,有助於學術探究與發展,更能務實的提供校園空間規劃的新觀念和新視野。 |
英文摘要 | Space leadership is the course of a leader, through planning and utilizing the schoolhouse, campus, sports field, and its ancillary facilities, constructs an environment of point, line, face, and body significance to the school curriculum, faculty teaching, student learning, administrative management, and community relationship, in order to head the school space and the development of education. The purpose of space leadership is to promote and raise the standard of educational scenery, school curriculum, faculty teaching, student learning, administrative management, and community relationship, aiming at the goal of spacial character buildup and education development progression of the school. Space leadership, in its practical use, consists of six principles that need to be grasped: team cooperation, vision oriented, master planning, innovative management, sustainable development, and staged participation; in research argument, based on the theory of school buildings planning, educational leadership, school innovative management, learning organization and sustainable development. We envision the study of space leadership theory to aid academic inquiry and development, moreover, to provide new concept and vision to the practical planning of campus space. |
