中文摘要 | 面對世界教育改革的大潮, 中國和美國都頒佈了很多具有重要意義的教育改革政策,以指導、引領教育改革。比較發現, 中美兩國教育改革政策( 包括基礎教育政策) , 在政策變革的清晰性和複雜性、必要性和實用性、一致性和穩定性以及政策權力等方面存在諸多異同, 兩國教育政策存在各自優勢和不足。兩國都在關注教育政策價值取向的變化、教育權力和責任的重構,以及完善教育政策制定、發佈與實施機制等國際共同趨勢。 |
英文摘要 | Faced with the trend of worldwide Education Reform, China and America promulgated many significant policies to guide and lead Education Reform. Through comparison, we find a lot of similarities and differences on Basic Education Reform Policies Between China and America, such as specificity and complexity, necessity and practical applicability, and consistency and stability, which lead to their own advantages and disadvantages. But both countries pay more attention to the common trends, for example changes of value orientation of educational policies, reconstitution of educational power and responsibility, and perfection of the mechanism of educational policies' design, release and implementation. |
