A Comparison and Review of the Independence of the International Educational Supervision Institution and its Enlightenment

國家的經驗表明, 教育督導機構的設置沒有一個固定模式。無論是地方分權制還是中央集權制國家, 督導機構未必獨立設置, 而且獨立設置督導機構也並非國際性趨勢。 2012 年國務院辦公廳下發《關於成立國務院教育督導委員會的通知》後, 我國的教育督導機構成為名副其實的獨立於教育部之外的機構, 這將面臨一系列的變革。

The experience of other countries shows that setting of educational supervision institution does not have a fixed mode. The educational supervision institution may not be established independently either in centralized or decentralized countries. Since the publication of "Notice of Establishing Educational Supervision Committee of the State Council" by the State Council in 2012, the Educational Supervision has become an independent organization and therefore should be improved.
