英文摘要 | The experience of other countries shows that setting of educational supervision institution does not have a fixed mode. The educational supervision institution may not be established independently either in centralized or decentralized countries. Since the publication of "Notice of Establishing Educational Supervision Committee of the State Council" by the State Council in 2012, the Educational Supervision has become an independent organization and therefore should be improved. |
