教育虚拟社区伦理失范的归因分析及应对

The Causes of Ethical Anomie and Countermeasures in the Educational Virtual Community

随着教育虚拟社区在实践领域的不断深入和发展，教育虚拟社区中的伦理失范问题逐渐凸显出来，主要表现为经济性失范、认知失范、道德失范和风气失范四种。该文主要在社区主体的行为意识、社区伦理形成机制、教育虚社区的技术属性三个层面对教育虚拟社区伦理失范的原因进行了考量，指出教育虚拟社区主体的利益诉求不同以及社区主体缺乏自觉遵守社区伦理的信念和意识是教育虚拟社区伦理失范在社区主体行为意识层面的原因；教育虚拟社区伦理形成的迟滞性、形成基础的特殊性是教育虚拟社区伦理失范在伦理形成机制层面的原因；教育虚拟社区技术的价值负载性、社区技术对于社区主体的异化是教育虚拟社区伦理失范技术层面的原因。并在这三个层面上提出了解决教育虚拟社区伦理失范的应对策略。

With the continuous deepening and development of the Educational Virtual Community(EVC) in practice， the problemof ethical anomie in the EVC gradually emerged. It is mainly marked by economic anomie， cognitive， moral and customaryanomie. This paper mainly talks about the ethical anomie in the EVC in three aspects—— behavior intention of the member， ethicsformation mechanism and the technical attributes. The conclusion is that lacking of awareness and faith to obey the code of ethicsand the different interest are the reasons in behavior intention for the ethical anomie in the EVC， the hysteresis of the EVC ethicand its special basics are the reasons in its formation mechanism for the ethical anomie in the EVC， the technology overloaded andtechnology alienation are the reasons in technological attributes for the ethical anomie in the EVC. This paper also put forwardcountermeasures in the three levels.
