中文摘要 | 先前学习认定作为一种激励机制和学习成果认证的技术手段,在我国构建学习成果认证积累与转换制度的起步阶段具有重要意义。无论是对学历教育学习成果或者是对非学历教育学习成果、无定式学习成果的认定,只要目的是为了有效地帮助在职成人重新回归正规教育,为学习者再学习降低学习成本,并且操作上是严谨、科学、透明的,我们都应该去积极探索和尝试。本文从操作性的视角,对国内外主要的先前学习认定模式进行了总结和提炼,以批量认定、个体认定两个角度,总结了七种认定操作模式,并在此基础上,试结合本国国情,初步提出一套符合我国实际的先前学习认定的操作路径及模式。 |
英文摘要 | Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition(PLAR), as an incentive mechanism and Learning outcomes accreditationtechnology, has the great significance for the beginning of the construction of Chinese learning outcome accreditation, accumulationand transformation system. AS long as the purpose is to help the employed adult return to formal education and reduce the learningcost, we should actively explore and try various means of recognition, whether for formal learning outcomes or non-formal learningoutcomes or informal learning outcomes. The operation of recognition must be rigorous, scientific and transparent. From theperspective of operability, this paper reviews and refines include overseas and domestic main modes of PLAR, summarizes sevenkinds of identification operation mode from two angle, batch recognition and individual recognition. On this basis, the paper hasproposed a set of operation path and mode for PLAR, which is suitable for the national conditions of China. |
